THE MIND BEHIND OUR CREATIONS

From America to Europe, Chef Fermín Azkue had a gastronomic career that led him to participate in several of the best restaurants in London and the rest of the world. 

Later his journey led him to share with traditional Japanese chefs, which later inspires him to embark on a new path full of culinary creativity: SALVAJE
